Welcome to your 1 week of intense Easter classes š£ This timetable will run from Monday 7th April to Friday 11th April. Please note the class schedule has changed and we will not be doing much Strength Training this week, it will be mainly cardio based.
Iām hoping to see some of you do ādouble bubblesā and get your monies worth from this program! If you decide to do 2 x classes a day, thatās Ā£1 per class! Take advantage and up your fitness levels this week. Then relax and enjoy your chocolate and hot cross buns knowing you burned them off before you ate them (donāt tell the Nutritionist I said that!!!) šš§”
