Welcome to your 1 week of intense Easter classes šŸ£ This timetable will run from Monday 7th April to Friday 11th April. Please note the class schedule has changed and we will not be doing much Strength Training this week, it will be mainly cardio based.



Iā€™m hoping to see some of you do ā€˜double bubblesā€™ and get your monies worth from this program! If you decide to do 2 x classes a day, thatā€™s Ā£1 per class! Take advantage and up your fitness levels this week. Then relax and enjoy your chocolate and hot cross buns knowing you burned them off before you ate them (donā€™t tell the Nutritionist I said that!!!) šŸ˜œšŸ§”
